Two tracks. Both published. No sales-gate.
Most training vendors hide pricing to force a sales conversation. ASC publishes individual per-attendee tuition for every course, plus the structure of our group and host-agency pricing, so you can confirm fit, brief your budget owner, and decide if it's worth a call.
Individual or group. Same transparency.
One published rate·Three delivery formats·Free seats for hosts·Grant-friendly·POST documentation included
Procurement teams, training officers, and grant administrators usually have one question before they pick up the phone. "What is this going to cost?" The vendors who refuse to answer that question waste everyone's time.
ASC publishes one per-attendee tuition rate for every standard catalog course. The rate is the same whether you register individually, host an open-enrollment course at your facility, or close a course to your agency only. What changes between formats is whether your agency earns complimentary seats and whether travel is part of the engagement.
Custom pricing is reserved for two specific scenarios: an agency that wants to host but cannot reach the course minimum, and an agency-specific engagement that bundles multiple courses or custom content into one delivery.
A real number, before you spend an hour on a call.
Per-attendee tuition for every standard catalog course. The same rate applies whether an officer registers individually, the course is hosted by your agency for regional attendees, or the room is closed to your agency only. Precision Search Warrants is priced separately as an advanced specialty course. The Academy is custom-priced. Tuition includes course materials, workbooks, and credit-hour documentation.
ASC's flagship law-enforcement course. Covers warrant drafting, particularity, staleness, scope, and the language that survives Franks and suppression challenges. No comparable course is taught anywhere else.
All tuition listed per attendee. Open enrollment and agency-hosted cohorts pay the same rate. Materials and credit-hour documentation included.
The per-attendee rate above stays the same across all three formats. What changes is whether your agency earns free seats (Open Enrollment Host only) and whether travel becomes part of the engagement (Closed and Custom).
You host the course at your facility. Registration is open to any qualified attendee from any agency. Your personnel pay the same per-attendee tuition as outside agencies, and your agency earns complimentary seats based on how the room fills.
Best for: agencies with strong regional relationships that want to anchor a multi-jurisdiction training event and train their own personnel at the same time.
The course is delivered exclusively to your personnel. No external registrants. Same per-attendee tuition as Open Enrollment Host, no comp seats given, and travel and lodging for the instructor are quoted separately on top of tuition.
Best for: agencies with sensitive case material, internal control of audience, and no need to open the room regionally.
Reserved for two specific scenarios: (1) an agency that wants to host but cannot reach the course minimum, or (2) an agency-specific engagement that bundles two or more courses, or custom content, into a single delivery. Priced based on content, length, and roster. Travel quoted separately.
Best for: agencies whose training need does not match a standard catalog course or whose roster sits below open-host minimums.
The comp-seat ladder applies only to Format 1 (Open Enrollment Host). It rewards agencies that bring ASC training into their facility and help fill the room with attendees from surrounding jurisdictions.
Comp seats may be assigned to any sworn member of your agency. One optional prosecutor's office seat and any command observation seats are available at no charge and do not count against this ladder. Comp seats do not roll over.

Plus: one optional prosecutor's office seat. Plus: command observation seats for your chief or supervisors. All at no charge, separate from this ladder.
Minimum paid registrations for Open Enrollment Host: 12 for a 2-day course, 15 for a 3-day course. Below minimum at the 21-day mark? Convert to a Closed or Custom engagement, extend the deadline, or reschedule without penalty.
No upsells after enrollment. No "materials fee," no certificate fee, no credit-hour fee. Tuition is the rate.
Full course taught in-person by Joseph R. Auriemma, Jr. Two- and three-day formats include the deeper scenario rotations that the one-day cannot fit.
Every attendee receives the printed workbook, ASC reference cards for the techniques covered, and any case-specific handouts tied to the course.
ASC files for POST, MPTC, MCOLES, TCOLE, CLEET, or equivalent training-commission credit hours in every host state. Reciprocal-credit documentation provided for out-of-state attendees.
Every attendee leaves with a personalized certificate of completion, suitable for personnel-file submission, promotional consideration, or reciprocal-credit packets.
In-class Q&A is unlimited. Attendees may also reach Joe directly with technique questions on real cases in the weeks following the course.
For agency-hosted cohorts, ASC handles enrollment confirmation, attendee-list management, credit-hour submission, and post-training certificates. You provide the room.
ASC works regularly with grant-funded training budgets, including VOCA, OVW, JAG, COPS, and state Title IX programs. We provide the documentation, line-item invoicing, and compliance attestations your grant administrator needs.
If you are working against a use-it-or-lose-it fiscal-year obligation, tell us in the quote request. We will work backward from your spend-by date.

ASC publishes one per-attendee tuition rate for every standard catalog course. The same rate applies whether an officer registers individually, the course is hosted by your agency for regional attendees, or the room is closed to your agency only. Standard rates are $345 (1-day), $525 (2-day), $725 (3-day). The flagship Precision Search Warrants course is $525 (2-day) and $750 (3-day). The Academy is custom-priced.
Yes. The published per-attendee rate applies in both formats. The difference: Open Enrollment Host engagements earn the host agency complimentary seats based on paid registrations. Closed Course engagements do not earn comp seats and require travel and lodging to be quoted separately on top of tuition.
For Open Enrollment Host engagements only, your agency earns complimentary seats on a graduated ladder: 1 free at 10 paid, 2 free at 20 paid, 3 free at 30 paid. Comp seats may be assigned to any sworn member of your agency. One optional prosecutor's office seat and any command observation seats are available at no charge and do not count against this ladder.
Two specific scenarios. First, an agency that wants to host a course but cannot reach the course minimum (12 for a 2-day, 15 for a 3-day). Second, an agency-specific engagement that bundles two or more courses, or fully custom content, into one delivery. Custom quotes are built on content, length, roster, and travel.

Curriculum delivery, attendee workbooks and reference cards, POST/MPTC/MCOLES/TCOLE credit-hour submission, certificate of completion, in-class Q&A, and follow-on technique questions to the instructor in the weeks after the course. For Closed Course and Custom Engagement formats, travel and lodging for the instructor are quoted separately.
12 paid registrations for a 2-day course, 15 paid for a 3-day. Host comp seats are not counted toward the minimum. If fill is short at the 21-day mark, the engagement can extend, convert to a Closed Course or Custom Engagement, or reschedule without penalty.
The 5-day Academy is custom-priced based on agency size, case-mix, and the level of train-the-trainer or sustainment work attached. Quoted on a per-engagement basis after a short scoping call.
Joe responds personally within one business day. Individual-tuition inquiries are usually answered same day. Group-pricing proposals are typically finalized within 24 to 48 hours of the initial scoping call. Urgent procurement timelines can be turned around same day.
Full cancellation, transfer, rescheduling, and refund terms are spelled out in the Refund Policy. Short version: individual registrants get a full refund outside the cancellation window and transfer credit inside it. Host-agency and closed-course deposits, ASC-initiated cancellations, and hardship review are all covered there.
