Joseph R. Auriemma, Jr., founder of Advanced Strategic Communications, brings over twenty-four years of investigative experience with the New York State Police, where he retired as a Senior Investigator. In that role, Joe supervised complex criminal investigations, managed investigative teams, and trained officers across multiple disciplines.

Today, Joe applies that same expertise to training professionals in law enforcement, education, HR, and the private sector. His signature programs, including Teach to Talk™ and the Adaptive Strategic Compass™, are recognized for being practical, engaging, and proven to deliver results.
