Jeffrey G. Scholz is a retired New York State Trooper with more than 24 years of service in the New York State Police and over 28 years of law enforcement experience. He is an IADLEST National Certified Instructor and a New York State DCJS Master Instructor.

Since founding 886 Consulting, LLC, Jeff has trained thousands of professionals in 17 states nationwide on de-escalation, communication, and officer safety and wellness. He also consults with the New York State Office of Mental Health.
